I moved from Russia to Wisconsin over a decade ago and fell in love with the city of Madison and the community here. I’ve always liked to be active: I love karate, group fitness classes, running long distances outside and hiking. After exploring different approaches to fitness, I started doing bootcamp and HIIT training and it changed my life. After seeing huge results in myself, I decided I wanted to help others make a lifestyle change for themselves and get in shape. As a busy adult, it is not easy to balance everyday activities and also fit in long workouts. That is why the focus of my sessions is to provide high intensity workouts over a shorter period to achieve the best results, have fun, and stay motivated.
